As an Import Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all activities related to the importation of parts, components, and materials destined for the production of excavators, trucks, and heavy equipment, ensuring legal compliance, material availability, reduction of logistics costs, and uninterrupted production. **If you want to transform the world with quality, innovation, and excellence, join us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate maritime and air import processes for CKD/SKD parts and components. * Manage shipping schedules, customs clearance, and material delivery to meet production requirements. * Monitor import licenses, tax classification (NCM), customs regimes, and regulatory compliance. * Serve as the primary point of contact with international suppliers, trading companies, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and warehouses. * Monitor logistics costs, warehousing, demurrage, and performance indicators. * Ensure availability of critical parts to prevent production line stoppages. * Control import documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading/air waybill (BL/AWB), certificates, and customs clearance procedures. * Develop managerial import reports, cost analyses, and KPIs. * Collaborate closely with PCP, procurement, engineering, production, finance, and quality departments. * Support internal, customs, and regulatory audits. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Solid experience in importing automotive parts, yellow-line equipment, trucks, or heavy machinery. * Knowledge of CKD/SKD operations. * Familiarity with Brazilian customs legislation, Import License (LI), Customs Clearance Procedure (LPCO), Import Declaration (DI/DUIMP), and special customs regimes. * Experience managing international suppliers and trading companies. * Knowledge of logistics planning and production supply chain management. * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. * Proficiency in ERP and foreign trade systems. **Additional Information** You will enjoy the following benefits: * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Life Insurance * Meal Voucher * Transportation Allowance * Payroll-Deductible Loan * Birthday Month Ticket * Gympass Founded in 1989 in Changsha, China, Sany Group is dedicated to manufacturing heavy machinery, with core products including construction machinery, road paving equipment, excavation equipment, reach stackers, cranes, port machinery, and mining equipment.
