* Provide support for simple construction tasks; * Perform general cleaning of the construction site and/or work area; * Assist in demolition of concrete, masonry, and other structures upon request; * Remove excavated soil and transport materials to the excavation front: rebar, wheelbarrows, and other materials and tools; * Load and transport materials for work assignments; * Align traffic cones to prevent vehicles from parking in front of the construction site or pedestrians from entering unsafe areas; * Maintain protective fencing around the construction perimeter; * Support traffic management during truck movements to minimize disruptions; * Alert drivers on roads and streets to prevent accidents between drivers and workers; * Assist in removing water from the construction site; * Spread soil using a hoe; * Help keep the site clean at all times; * Move materials such as gravel, sand, or any other required material; * Participate in concrete preparation, assisting as and when needed; * Store and handle hand tools.
