Here, you’ll find opportunities for continuous learning, professional growth, and ongoing knowledge exchange with experts across disciplines and regions. **Together we do what matters.** **Learn more about some of our benefits:** * Meal or food allowance; * Multibenefit Card (up to Senior Consultant level); * Health and dental insurance; * Certifications and training; * Life insurance; * Private pension plan; * Avababy: pregnancy support and welcome kit for new Avanade parents; * Company profit-sharing program; * Wellhub; * Childcare assistance; * Career Advisor \- Career mentoring; * Birthday Off policy (a paid day off on your birthday); * Well-being sessions; For managerial or higher-level roles \- Corporate vehicle, parking allowance, and fuel assistance. * **Responsibilities** * Engage with clients’ IT and business leadership to understand priorities related to applications, data, and AI, designing secure, scalable, and business-value-oriented solutions. * Lead technical engagements involving solution design, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs). * Support the adoption of Azure AI, App Services, GitHub, and data platforms, ensuring readiness for enterprise production environments. * Lead end-to-end technical delivery, collaborating with CSAMs and other stakeholders to ensure planned consumption and customer success. * Guide Next Best Actions (NBAs) and support pipeline generation based on completed engagements. * Contribute to the creation, evolution, and reuse of intellectual property (IP) to accelerate deployments and outcomes. * Ensure health, resilience, security, and optimization of mission-critical workloads — especially at scale for AI solutions. * Act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback and insights with internal engineering and product teams. * Conduct technical workshops and support the development of clients’ technical capabilities. Qualifications **Skills and Experience** **Required** * Solid experience with Azure and modern applications, including: * Azure AI / Azure AI Foundry * App Service * AKS (Kubernetes) * GitHub * Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, and PostgreSQL * APIs and integration (Azure API Management) * Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development practices. * Experience deploying solutions into production, with focus on performance, security, and reliability. * Consulting mindset, with clear communication and ability to engage effectively with various client stakeholder levels. Advanced English proficiency for working in global environments. * **Preferred** * Experience developing and applying reusable IPs, frameworks, or scalable delivery models. * Microsoft Azure and GitHub certifications. * Prior experience in AI projects applied to business contexts. * Experience in enterprise or mission-critical environments.
