Process Analyst

**Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT We are seeking a Process Analyst to map, improve, document, and implement the cooperative's processes, contributing to greater efficiency, standardization, and operational advancement. Job Mission Structure, review, and enhance the cooperative's internal processes, supporting digital transformation, continuous improvement, and the creation of clearer, more efficient, and measurable workflows. **Key Responsibilities:** Map processes, subprocesses, activities, and tasks; Design workflows on proprietary platforms; Develop policies, procedures, and manuals; Propose improvements and restructuring of existing processes; Support process implementation on the LECOM Platform; Collaborate with internal departments, managers, executives, and vendors; Propose performance indicators, such as KPIs and SLAs; Develop BI dashboards for process monitoring; Identify repetitive tasks with potential for RPA automation; Conduct pre- and post-implementation training for UAD and PA staff; Update processes whenever necessary; Report project progress to managers and executives. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Management Processes, Information Systems, Project Management, or related fields; Knowledge of process mapping and improvement; Proficiency in flowcharts, process documentation, and performance indicators; Familiarity with Excel and BI tools; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Organizational ability, systemic vision, and analytical mindset; Proactivity and focus on continuous improvement. **Preferred Qualifications:** Knowledge of BPM, BPMN, Lean, PDCA, or other continuous improvement methodologies; Experience with the LECOM Platform or process automation tools; Knowledge of RPA; Experience with Power BI, ViewB, or similar tools; Experience in credit cooperatives, financial institutions, or regulated environments. **Benefits:** Childcare Allowance / Nanny Allowance, Education Allowance, Day Off, Health and Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Wellhub
