Job Summary: A Civil Engineer professional to manage building maintenance, renovations, layout projects, and visual communication, ensuring execution and technical support for units. Financial and administrative oversight of the department Description: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Willingness to travel; * Proficiency in AutoCAD; * SAP and Power BI knowledge is a plus; * Experience overseeing building maintenance and contractors for renovations; * Experience in maintenance at companies not primarily engaged in civil construction—especially retail—is a plus. * Develop store and support-area layout projects as needed, driven by improving personnel ergonomics at workstations and creating new spaces—thematic or otherwise—for internal and/or external events, or for deploying work teams. * Provide technical support to units regarding building maintenance, clarify technical questions, advise on cost\-benefit optimized product procurement, and support the hiring of qualified service providers. * Develop layout projects and descriptive memoranda for renovations—whether for opening, closing, or revitalizing units. Based on the defined scope, prepare budgets for services and material procurement, hire service providers, and ensure project execution through delivery—including adherence to timelines, quality standards, and technical compliance. * Provide technical support for external visual communication maintenance at units—including facades and totems—and assist with internal visual communication requests requiring building adaptations. Lead external visual communication renovations or replacements whenever necessary. * Monitor departmental expense accounts and released investments, including expense reclassification and action plans for budget reduction/optimized usage. * Support auxiliary departments in developing unit-related projects. * Perform administrative tasks, such as: invoice entry, validation of departmental expenses, supplier registration, tracking contractor documentation, and drafting construction contracts. * Support the Legalization Department by providing information and documents related to unit facades, layout projects, and/or building adaptations required for unit legalization. * Ensure proper maintenance of the Central Building by supervising the maintenance team’s response to service requests and other property conservation activities. * Identify and qualify new service providers and materials. * Request investments for building maintenance and facade-related needs when required. * Maintain regular communication with units to guide them on maintenance matters. 2511140202461868674
