Primary Responsibilities Enter data into maintenance management systems, such as: SIM (Integrated Maintenance System), equipment automation systems, internet, etc., to complete work orders. Retrieve information from maintenance management systems, such as: SIM (Integrated Maintenance System), equipment automation systems, internet, etc., to proceed with necessary corrections. Complete the daily routine shift checklist. Comply with standards and procedures to meet requirements for internal and external audit approvals. Perform construction-related activities—both corrective and preventive—following company procedures to ensure optimal operation. Perform painting-related activities—both corrective and preventive—following company procedures to ensure optimal operation. Keep maintenance areas clean and organized. Maintain swimming pool equipment operation by monitoring Total Alkalinity, pH, and Chlorine levels within ideal parameters. Monitor consumption items such as electricity, water, gas, etc., for the property, reviewing daily metering reports to identify system failures and reduce costs. Accurately complete daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports for managerial follow-up. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the property’s machinery, equipment, and tools—including mechanical, hydraulic, gas, civil construction, and other systems—to guarantee optimal operation. Turn on and off the condominium lighting. Respond to requests from apartments and departments, seeking solutions to incidents to ensure satisfaction of internal and external customers. Use personal protective equipment to prevent accidents and ensure safety during task execution.
