Job Summary: The professional will monitor activities, assist in tracking project indicators, and optimize the execution of substation and power transmission line projects. Key Highlights: 1. Monitor the construction schedule and ensure deadlines are met. 2. Support updating and adjusting the plan to optimize execution. 3. Maintain communication with teams, suppliers, and headquarters for alignment. Founded in 2014, Energy Substation Services is dedicated to serving the electric power market, focusing on the construction of substations and high-voltage electric power transmission lines. **Job Responsibilities:** * Monitor construction schedule activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines and planning. * Assist in tracking project indicators such as physical progress, costs, and deadlines. * Support updating and adjusting the plan to optimize activity execution. * Maintain communication with construction teams, suppliers, and headquarters to align project information. * Prepare periodic reports on construction progress, costs, and deadline compliance. * Assist in organizing and controlling construction planning documentation (drawings, schedules, and reports). **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (completed or currently pursuing). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint). * Must reside in Nova Odessa/SP or nearby areas. * Knowledge of MS Project. * Construction experience is a plus. * Driver's license category B. **Benefits:** * Meals (breakfast and lunch) provided on-site. * Transportation allowance: R$15.00 per day, reimbursed via payroll; **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 07:00 to 17:00; Friday: 07:00 to 16:00.
