Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage complex, cross-functional projects throughout their entire lifecycle * Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedules, budgets, and resources * Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed * Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status across all organizational levels * Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment * Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business objectives * Monitor and control project budgets, optimizing resource allocation and cost efficiency * Implement and maintain best practices and project management methodologies • Mentor and develop junior project managers and team members • Contribute to the development of project management strategies and process improvements • Prepare and present detailed project reports and analyses to senior leadership • Manage relationships and contracts with suppliers related to project deliverables **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field * Progressive, solid experience in project management * Excellent understanding of business processes and organizational dynamics * Strong knowledge of project management software and tools * Advanced English and Spanish proficiency (conversational level – mandatory) Location: Louveira \- São Paulo JLL has a diverse and inclusive culture.
