OdontoCompany — WORLD'S LARGEST! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide support in company management, focusing on financial administration, operational processes, HR, Marketing, Sales, and other areas. * Responsible for revenue and expense control, and for managing essential routine tasks required for any organization’s operation—including document issuance, database updates, and supplier and client communication. * Full interaction with the service flow across operations, sales, and clinic managers. * Train current and new employees to continuously improve skill development. * Monitor daily clinic closing by reviewing activity checklists and coordinating the team to complete tasks and meet goals. * Work collaboratively, motivating and providing full support. * Prepare departmental performance reports and improvement actions contributing to operational efficiency. * Align activities with upper management guidelines and company policies. * Leadership profile, initiative, teamwork, commercial orientation, interpersonal skills, computer literacy, sales knowledge, proficient typing, strong communication, proactivity, and agility. **Day-to-Day Responsibilities** ------------- * Manage unit e\-mails together with the director. * Conduct financial management via tools and suppliers. * Develop and monitor reports and key performance indicators (KPIs). * Support and monitor operations to ensure functionality. * Organize files and maintain updated information databases. * Assist managers and team leaders with practical daily tasks—such as preparing documents, providing public information, and responding to e\-mails. * Monitor daily budget execution against targets. * Manage accounts receivable delinquency jointly with the Clinical Director – Budget Analyst. * Track departmental and clinic performance indicators. * Lead internal regulation and quality standards implementation with support from OdontoCompany’s People Management team. * Refine the workflow diagram and ensure adherence across the entire clinic. * Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations. * Lead daily and monthly goals across all departments, presenting them clearly and strategically identifying potential gaps for greater effectiveness. * Establish goal and performance indicators. * Prepare managerial reports. * Take full responsibility for the clinic’s physical infrastructure—addressing any infrastructure issues or improvement opportunities. * Receive the Administrative Director and managers. * Receive suppliers. * Cash handling. * Complete documents and contracts. * Use proprietary system. * Verify material/prosthesis receipt control. * Meet established goals. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields. * Advanced Microsoft Office suite proficiency. * Preferred qualifications: * Specialization in related areas; **Additional Information** **Benefits** * Transportation allowance; * Basic food basket (R$255.00\) per month; ### **About Us** **OdontoCompany** is proud to announce another major milestone: we have reached our one-thousandth dental clinic in Brazil and are the world's largest dental clinic network!
