Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance and Programming Specialist for Industrial Equipment, responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance, team leadership, and compliance with technical standards. Lead and train the team in carrying out maintenance procedures We seek a professional with extensive experience to work as an Industrial Equipment Maintenance and Programming Specialist. Responsible for periodically cleaning the wastewater treatment plant (WWTP), as well as cleaning eco-brises, cooling towers, and other equipment whenever necessary. Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on machines to avoid wear. Replace bearings and conveyor belts, and lubricate equipment. Operate primary and secondary substations. Perform preventive maintenance on electrical panels, including replacement of components such as contactors, relays, or power supplies. Install and configure frequency inverters, HMIs, and PLCs. Lead and instruct the maintenance team in executing preventive and corrective maintenance procedures, as well as sector-specific technical standards. Evaluate the performance of subordinates, assessing their professional output. Report accidents/incidents occurring in the maintenance department. Ensure employees are using the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) required for daily tasks. Organize work to maximize productive efficiency. Ensure all personnel under responsibility are properly uniformed and equipped with required PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE). Proven experience in industrial maintenance and programming of industrial equipment. Knowledge of electricity and mechanics Technical or higher education in related fields: Technical Course in Electroelectronics or Electrotechnology, or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
