Offers a wide range of products along with personalized customer service. **What you will do on a daily basis...** * Create segmented lists of potential clients by region and market segment; * Research companies using Google Maps, Sebrae tools, and other strategic sources; * Map relevant business data (name, segment, location, size, decision-makers); * Identify decision-makers and optimal times for outreach; * Record and organize information in the CRM for future commercial interactions. * Make calls and contact active and potential customers; * Reactivate inactive customers with personalized and consultative approaches; * Contact leads and opportunities registered in the CRM; * Offer, present, and negotiate textile products such as rugs, covers, and decorative cloths; * Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions; * Perform follow-up and keep records updated in the CRM; * Guide the customer journey with an appropriate cadence of contact and relationship management; * Weekly promotion of offers across the company's digital channels; * Monitor and analyze competitor actions (benchmark); * Record customer interactions and insights regarding products and competition; * Suggest improvements based on purchase behavior analysis and CRM data; * Support the creation of promotional and strategic content focused on conversion. **What we are looking for in the person joining the team...** * Experience in inside sales (B2B) and customer service; * Knowledge of CRM and digital prospecting tools; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Experience in wholesale sales; * Familiarity with fast-moving markets such as home décor and variety stores is desirable. **Employment type:** CLT. **Compensation:** R$ 2,800.00 + Commission. **Benefits:** Transportation allowance **Work hours:** Monday to Thursday from 07:30 to 17:30 and Friday from 07:30 to 16:30, with 1 hour lunch break. **Location:** Campestre, Santo André/SP.
