Activities: • Inspections and maintenance (preventive and corrective) on splits, fancoils and cooling towers; • Inspections and resetting of Chillers in case of shutdown due to power fluctuations or general electrical failures; • Cleaning and replacement of filters, motors and mechanical components related to the refrigeration system; • Inspection and maintenance on CMs, performing PMOC preventive procedures on technical equipment (belt replacement, lubrication, cleaning, filter replacement and others); • Monitoring of Mall/chilled water temperature whenever requested by the Shopping center in common areas or stores; • Diagnose and resolve issues in the Refrigeration area, ensuring proper operation of installations, complying with technical and safety standards and under equipment de-energized conditions; • Support ALLOS in technical evaluation or monitoring of external suppliers regarding budgets, expansion projects or renovations; • Inputting and executing service tasks within the Infraspeak system; • Daily organization of tools and technical workshops under their responsibility; • Attending tenants for emergency interventions or clarification of doubts (corrective actions will be subject to prior approval by ALLOS Management); • Daily inspection of critical technical areas of the Shopping center under their responsibility (Chilled Water Plant); • Conduct periodic inspections to identify potential failures or maintenance needs, identifying and recording abnormalities and reporting to ALLOS Management for action towards problem resolution; • Complete technical reports and maintain detailed records of activities performed.
