This position is **100% remote**. ### **Job Description** We are seeking a **Video Editor with proven experience creating performance-driven digital ads**. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in how video creatives function on **Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)** and **Google Ads (YouTube/Display)**, and knows how to adapt formats, hooks, and narratives to maximize campaign results. This is a full-time, fully remote role—ideal for professionals who want to apply their video ad expertise across a variety of clients and markets. ### **Responsibilities** * Produce and edit **short-form, performance-optimized video ads**, especially for Meta and Google. * Create creatives tailored to various formats: Reels, Stories, Shorts, YouTube Ads, and more. * Collaborate with creative teams to develop narratives and visuals that increase CTR, engagement, and conversion. * Ensure all deliverables adhere to best practices in **performance marketing** and **creative quality**. * Apply motion design to enhance the visual impact of ads. * Bonus: Experience with 2D and 3D animation. ### **Requirements** * **Fluency in English** (spoken and written). * **Proven experience** editing video for **paid ads (Meta and Google)**, with a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns. * Proficiency in tools such as **Adobe Premiere and After Effects** (Final Cut Pro and other software are a plus). * Familiarity with best practices in **performance creatives**, including hooks, dynamic captions, pacing, and platform-specific adaptation. * Stable internet connection for continuous remote work. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively with global teams. * Experience in motion design and knowledge of animation (2D/3D) are highly desirable. ### **What We Offer** * Competitive salary in the range of **3000–5000 BRL (PJ)**, based on experience and additional skills. * Opportunity to work remotely with full flexibility. * Join a young and vibrant team working on global projects. * Access to innovative and challenging projects with **leading market brands and agencies**. ### **Benefits** ### **What We Offer** * Competitive salary in the range of **3000–5000 BRL (PJ)**, based on experience and additional skills. * Opportunity to work remotely with full flexibility. * Join a young and vibrant team working on global projects. * Access to innovative and challenging projects with **leading market brands and agencies**.
