Technical and Technological Proposal Designer

**Position Summary:** The Proposal Designer will be responsible for transforming our complex technical information, engineering/technology solutions, and business data into clear, visually appealing, and persuasive documents. The focus is to ensure that technical proposals (RFP/RFQ) have high visual impact, professional layout, and facilitate customer understanding, highlighting the company's competitive advantages. Key Responsibilities * **Proposal Layout:** Format and lay out technical proposals, success stories, quotations, and reports, ensuring visual consistency and adherence to company branding. * **Technical Data Visualization:** Create infographics, solution architecture diagrams, process flowcharts, schedules (Gantt charts), and graphs to simplify complex concepts. * **Commercial Presentations:** Develop high-impact presentations (PowerPoint/Keynote) for proposal defense and client meetings. * **Technical Collaboration:** Work closely with product and sales teams to translate technical requirements into visual elements. * **Template Management:** Create and maintain standardized proposal templates to ensure speed and quality in the sales process. * **Final Review (Quality Check):** Ensure visual, spelling, and technical accuracy of final documents before submission to clients. Qualifications and Skills * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Production, or related fields. * **Tools:** Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (especially high-level PowerPoint). * **Technical Advantages:** Experience with visualization tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro) and proposal automation software (e.g., PandaDoc, Proposify). * **Profile:** Ability to translate technical jargon into visual form, refined aesthetic sense, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines. * **Portfolio:** A portfolio demonstrating long-document layout, infographics, and corporate presentations is required.
