Our goal is to generate positive impact by combining technology, data, and user experience to create simple, transparent, and efficient customer journeys. We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the evolution of the Limpa Nome product, owning end-to-end strategy, discovery, and delivery—with strong collaboration across technology, design, data, and business teams. Key responsibilities * Define and evolve the product strategy aligned with business objectives and user needs. * Conduct continuous discovery using quantitative data, qualitative research, interviews, and testing. * Prioritize the product backlog based on impact, user value, effort, and business metrics. * Translate vision into clear roadmaps, OKRs, and incremental deliveries. * Collaborate closely with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and external partners. * Monitor and analyze product metrics (e.g., conversion, activation, retention, NPS, negotiation success rate). * Ensure delivery quality, requirement clarity, and cross-team alignment. * Serve as a reference for product best practices, fostering a culture of experimentation and learning. * Represent the product in internal forums, executive reviews, and strategic decisions. **Qualifications** * Proven experience as a Product Manager for digital products (B2C or platforms). * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, dual-track development, continuous discovery). * Strong analytical capability and hands-on experience using data to drive decisions. * Excellent communication and influence skills across diverse stakeholders. * Experience framing problems, formulating hypotheses, defining MVPs, and running experiments. * Ability to balance strategic vision with practical execution. **Additional Information** Serasa Experian is much more than you imagine.
