And this is only the beginning. ### **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Technically lead the development and evolution of backend applications using **C#/.NET**, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and solution quality; * Serve as the team’s technical reference, supporting architectural decisions and promoting software engineering best practices; * Develop and supervise the implementation of **REST APIs**, microservices, and system integrations; * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, architecture, QA, frontend) to define technical solutions aligned with business needs; * Conduct code reviews, support the team’s technical development, and encourage quality standards and technical excellence; * Resolve complex production issues, supporting initiatives related to performance, stability, and observability; * Participate in defining the technical roadmap, system modernization, and application architecture evolution; ### **Requirements and qualifications:** * Solid experience as a **Senior Backend Developer and Tech Lead**, with strong expertise in **C# and .NET (.NET Core/.NET 6+)**; * Proven experience building **REST APIs**, microservice architecture, and integrations; * Experience with **relational databases**, especially **SQL Server**, including data modeling and performance optimization; * Hands-on experience with **software architecture**, engineering best practices (**Clean Code, SOLID, Design Patterns**) and code review; * Experience working in AWS cloud environments; * Familiarity with **Docker**, distributed architecture, and messaging systems; * Ability to technically lead teams, influence decisions, and support the team’s technical growth; * A hands-on, analytical, collaborative, and problem-solving mindset. ### **Not mandatory but valued:** * Experience in the **financial sector**, especially with **credit, payroll-deducted loans, or financial products**; * Experience modernizing legacy systems and designing scalable architectures; * Experience with **messaging systems** (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka, Service Bus); ### **What’s it like to work at Skopia?** Here, you’ll find an environment where Results, Creativity, Pragmatism, Commitment, Authority, and Performance guide everyday work.
