**Job Description:** ---------------------- Endomarketing: Employee-related artwork (e.g., monthly birthday celebrations & company anniversaries); Creation of internal announcements/notices (digital and printed); HR presentations & campaigns; Intranet maintenance and publishing of new announcements and posts; Stationery (printing, cutting, and binding of requested books and manuals); Visits (design of mugs / promotional items / welcome artwork); Graphic design: creation and validation of ACR product catalogs and folders; Support and updates for the ACR website; Creation of social media posts; Design of YouTube ACR channel covers; Creation and vectorization of logos, illustrations, and icons; Support to other departments in developing graphic artwork; Visual identity support (sales convention / ACR Academy); Event promotional item development; Content and file management: organizing raw materials into folders and cloud storage; File backup; Image bank management; Production and assistance in developing presentations and documents **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed undergraduate degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Proficiency in Figma and Canva for production and adaptation of assets Knowledge of PowerPoint for creating presentations Ability to maintain established visual identity consistently without reinterpretation per deliverable Portfolio featuring B2B, institutional, or corporate branding work Organized file structure and standardized version control **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Experience in industrial, technical, or engineering sectors Basic motion graphics knowledge (After Effects) Familiarity with prototyping tools (Adobe XD or advanced Figma) Experience managing approval workflows in corporate environments Fundamental knowledge of print production and final artwork preparation **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws contract) **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- Golden Farma Pharmacy Benefit Program Health and Wellness: TotalPass and SESC Transportation Allowance Meal Voucher, Food Allowance, and Fuel Allowance (CAJU) SulAmérica Health and Dental Insurance Life Insurance coverage equal to 24x monthly salary (MetLife) Education Assistance (undergraduate, postgraduate, and MBA) Language School Partnership Partnerships with Schools for Employees’ Children (ACR School, Trinitas, and Pro Saber) Breakfast Birthday Day Off ACR Baby Kit Wedding Allowance **Work Location:** ---------------------- São Bernardo do Campo / Downtown **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Mon–Thu: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM | Fri: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM – 100% On-site
