We are seeking a professional who assembles infrastructure; plans cable routing; reads project documentation and communicates with the rest of the team; conducts site inspections and prepares technical reports for construction projects; supervises team execution; leads and motivates the work team; ensures preservation of sites where services will be performed; drives and operates company vehicles. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsibilities and Duties * Leads the execution of structured cabling, infrastructure, and technology system installation projects, ensuring quality, deadlines, and technical compliance. * Plans and assigns tasks to the installation team, providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to internal standards and procedures. * Performs advanced configurations, validation, and integration of networking equipment, access control systems, CCTV, and related systems. * Analyzes and interprets detailed project documentation, identifying improvements, risks, material requirements, and technical adjustments. * Executes and coordinates complex fault diagnostics, proposing high-precision technical and corrective solutions. * Mentors and trains junior and mid-level technicians, promoting technical development and best practices. * Interacts with internal departments, clients, and suppliers, supporting technical alignment and scope validation. * Ensures strict compliance with safety, quality, and organization standards at the workplace. * Drives company vehicles and is responsible for the care of equipment, tools, and materials under their responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements and Qualifications Requirements and Qualifications For this position, we seek a technically skilled, proactive professional with field experience. Below are the required knowledge and skills: Academic Background Completed technical course in Systems Installation Technical Knowledge and Tools Practical experience in installation and maintenance of electronic security systems, including CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and intercom systems. Knowledge of structured cabling and fiber optics, including splicing, connectorization, and cable certification; Familiarity with GPON, FTTH, and FTTx technologies (optical network deployment and activation); Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical diagrams; Use of industry-specific tools such as multimeters, network testers, OTDRs, compression pliers, and crimping tools. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 Benefits: Meal voucher, Medical assistance, Dental plan, Life insurance, Attendance bonus, Technical bonus, TotalPass, Educational partnerships, and SESC agreement.
