If you fit this profile, join our team! ### **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTIONS** * Develop and review backend code in Java, ensuring quality, performance, and adherence to best practices; * Develop and review frontend code in React, focusing on usability, componentization, and maintainability; * Reimplement integrations with ERPs, analyzing existing formats and protocols; * Collaborate with Systems Analysts in reading and interpreting legacy code; * Participate in technical and business validation sessions with key\-users; * Work alongside AI tools for code generation and refactoring, acting as a critical reviewer of generated output; * Contribute to architectural decisions for the new system. ### **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Solid experience in Java backend development for medium/large-scale projects; * Experience in frontend development with React (or equivalent framework, with willingness to migrate); * Proficiency in best practices: clean code, design patterns, automated testing, code reviews; * Experience with system integrations (REST, SOAP, files, messaging); * Ability to read and understand legacy code; * Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills for interaction with business teams. ### **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Prior experience with Oracle database; * Prior experience with OCI; * Experience using AI applied to software development (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, or similar); * Experience in legacy system migration or modernization projects.
