Product Operations & Analytics Analyst

**Quartavia** is seeking a **Product Operations & Analytics Analyst**, responsible for ensuring operational visibility, tracking metrics, process governance, roadmap monitoring, and day-to-day product operation support. We are looking for an extremely organized, analytical, and execution-oriented individual to operate within Quartavia’s digital ecosystem. This role is **not** that of a traditional Product Manager. We seek someone with strong execution, analytics, and operational organization skills—helping bridge Product, Technology, CX, Customer Support, and Data. Our key products today include: PHARUS mobile app, QV360 Platform, DAVOS, automations, dashboards, digital journeys, experience and retention metrics. **Key Responsibilities:** Track product roadmaps and releases; Update dashboards and operational indicators; Consolidate metrics such as: NPS, CSAT, Health Score, platform usage, retention, and journey tracking; Ensure cross-functional issue follow-up and operational visibility into the customer journey; Support operational organization for the Product & Experience team—including documentation, templates, and workflows; Structure and maintain internal processes; Support operation of team ceremonies and rituals; Identify operational bottlenecks and propose improvements; Track initiatives with Technology, Product, and Support teams. **Required Qualifications:** Advanced Excel/Google Sheets Understanding of analytics and metrics Experience with Notion, Airtable, or similar tools Operational organization and process structuring capability **Expected Competencies:** Analytical ability Proficiency with technology and systems Execution-oriented mindset Exceptional organizational skills Proactivity Ownership mindset Strong communication skills Ability to drive accountability and track deliverables Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities Attention to detail **Nice-to-Have:** Experience in Product Operations Startup experience Dashboard experience Knowledge of automation tools Familiarity with AI tools Digital product/app experience **What This Role Is NOT:** Not a design-focused role Not a programming role Not a strategic Product Manager role We are not seeking only a “creative” candidate—we seek someone who is **operationally strong and analytically minded**.
