Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and organized Junior Digital Designer (UX/UI) with an interest in user experience to support the evolution of our digital channels. Key Highlights: 1. We seek a **Junior Digital Designer (UX/UI)** who is creative, organized, and passionate about user experience to support the evolution of our digital channels. This person will update corporate websites built on WordPress, create graphic materials, and assist UX/UI initiatives, collaborating closely with Marketing and Technology teams. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the updating and publishing of content on websites built with WordPress; * Assist in creating pages, banners, landing pages, and other digital materials; * Participate in designing low-fidelity wireframes and prototypes using Figma; * Support organizing and tracking website improvement requests with the development agency; * Perform basic functionality and navigation testing before publishing new pages or features; * Produce digital assets for marketing campaigns, internal communications, events, and social media; * Assist in editing simple audiovisual materials, such as short videos and basic animations; * Ensure consistent application of brand visual identity across all developed materials; * Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Technology teams to support area-related requests; * Continuously seek new knowledge and trends related to digital design, UX, and user experience. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Design, Digital Design, Advertising, UX/UI, or related fields (completed or in progress); * Proficiency in Figma for layout, wireframe, and prototype creation; * Experience with WordPress for page and content updates; * Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop and Illustrator) or equivalent tools; * Basic understanding of UX/UI, information architecture, and usability; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Basic knowledge of Premiere, After Effects, or Canva; * Familiarity with HTML and CSS; * Experience with Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, or similar tools; * Basic SEO knowledge for content publishing on WordPress; * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban); **Additional Information** * Flexible meal allowance of **R$ 39.00/day**, usable at supermarkets or restaurants; * Transportation allowance or parking space; * Bicycle storage and changing rooms; * **TotalPass** – discounts at gyms for you and up to 3 dependents; * **Swile Multibenefícios** (Nutritional, Psychological, and Telemedicine Assistance); * Health insurance (**Amil**) covered 70% by the company; * Dental insurance (**Porto Seguro**); * Life insurance; * On-site fitness classes; * Birthday day off; * Hybrid work model: **4 days onsite and 1 day remote**. **Software.com.br** is a leader in technology solutions for the Latin American market, headquartered on Avenida Paulista in São Paulo (50 meters from Consolação Metro Station – Green and Yellow Lines), with offices in Mexico, Colombia, and the United States.
