maintain complete web applications (frontend and backend). * Create reusable and accessible frontend components aligned with the design system. * Design, develop, and consume RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs efficiently and securely. * Build and maintain backend systems using Node.js, including APIs, processing routines, and data storage solutions. * Ensure application performance, scalability, and security by applying industry best practices. * Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate design models (Figma) into functional, production-ready code. * Write automated tests (unit and integration) to ensure solution consistency and integrity. * Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and contributing to the team’s continuous improvement. * Engage across the entire solution lifecycle: planning, research, design, refinement, development, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance. * Troubleshoot and debug applications across different environments (development and production). * Document inputs and maintain detailed records of implementation, configuration, specifications, and other relevant information for asset management. * Ensure deliverables meet defined quality levels and acceptance criteria specified in task requirements. * Use AI tools in the command line (e.g., Claude Code) as a core part of the daily development workflow—not as a shortcut, but as an integrated work partner within the repository. * Interpret, refine, and validate tasks and specifications co-created between Product and AI before starting development, ensuring technical clarity and feasibility. * Author effective prompts to guide AI agents in generating code, tests, and documentation—precisely and intentionally. * Critically review AI-generated code—understanding every segment, validating correctness, and ensuring alignment with the team’s security and quality standards. * Maintain and evolve contextual instruction files (CLAUDE.md, system prompts, etc.) that guide AI agent behavior across the team’s repositories. **Requirements and Qualifications** What enhances your chances: * Knowledge of cloud environments, especially AWS. * Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). * Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI). * Knowledge of end-to-end testing (Cypress). * Application monitoring and observability. * Application performance and scalability. * Experience with agentic workflows or multi-agent systems. * Experience in environments where AI is embedded in the SDLC—from task creation through development and code review. * Familiarity with LLMs and language model APIs (e.g., Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT). **Must-haves:** * Solid experience in web development using React.js and its core concepts (hooks, Context API, Redux, lifecycle). * Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript. * Experience with Node.js, including Express and/or Nest.js, for building APIs, processing routines, and data storage solutions. * Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB). * Proficiency in UI libraries: Tailwind CSS and Material-UI. * Experience with design systems and building reusable components. * Understanding of accessibility (a11y) concepts and compliance across multiple platforms (Desktop, Mobile, Tablet). * Familiarity with version control using Git and associated workflows (GitFlow, branching, pull requests). * Automated testing (Jest, React Testing Library). * Proficiency in visual design tools (e.g., Figma) to interpret and implement designs. * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * AI CLI tools for development (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot CLI, Cursor or similar), with practical experience on when and how to use them to accelerate delivery without compromising quality. * Prompt engineering applied to software development, with the ability to author effective prompts to direct AI agents. * Ability to critically evaluate language model outputs—not accepting generated code without understanding, testing, and validating it. * Familiarity with agentic workflows: delegating tasks to AI agents to review outputs, iterate, and retain control over delivered outcomes. * Reading, writing, and maintaining agent instruction files (CLAUDE.md, system prompts, project contexts). * Up-to-date knowledge of industry technologies and development best practices, with clear understanding of market strategies for robust solutions focused on performance, availability, manageability, and security. * Comfort working in a flow where specifications are refined by AI and development is assisted by agents integrated into the repository. *Soft Skills:* * +
