Summary: Trasom Fire & Security is looking for an Estimating Analyst to analyze plans, prepare preliminary fire alarm system designs, and provide technical guidance during the bid phase. Engage in technical guidance and commercial proposal preparation Trasom Fire \& Security is looking for an Estimating Analyst to add to our team. We are a growing family\-owned company with over 20 years of operating in the market of Fire Alarm Installation in the Los Angeles area and expanding to Miami \- Florida and Santa Catarina \- Brazil. The office is located in Vila Olimpia \- Sao Paulo. Working hours will be Mon \- Fri from 7 am to 4 pm (PST \- Pacific Time), and following the US calendar. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze architectural, electrical, and mechanical plans to develop feasible fire alarm solutions. * Prepare preliminary designs for fire alarm systems, ensuring compliance with technical standards and industry best practices. * Provide customer support, offering technical guidance and clarifying project\-related questions during the bid phase. * Prepare clear and comprehensive price estimates and analysis, considering costs and profit margins. * Prepare and present commercial proposals. **Must\-Have Requirements and Desired Profile:** * Degree in Civil, Electrical, or related Engineering fields. * Experience with electrical and architectural project reading and drawing. * Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel. * Proactive, organized, and detail\-oriented profile, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment. * Strong ability to manage multiple priorities with flexibility. * Fluent English (mandatory requirement). **Extras:** * Knowledge or experience with Fire Life Safety systems; * Easy access to our office in São Paulo.
