**Job Title**: Video Editor **About the Company:** Mindset is a marketing agency specializing in e-commerce services. It covers the full production of advertising creatives, including videos, images, sales pages, banners, and website development. The company is recognized for its agility and quality in delivery, as well as its differentiated customer support. **Job Responsibilities:** * Edit creative and dynamic videos focused on e-commerce, highlighting products persuasively; * Produce videos that retain audience attention and stimulate sales conversion; * Edit corporate or social media videos for clients; * Adapt videos to various formats and platforms, such as social media and paid ads; * Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-impact visual and commercial materials; * Apply visual elements, strategic cuts, animations, and soundtracks to strengthen the sales narrative; * Stay updated on video marketing and digital media performance trends, bringing new ideas to the team; * Perform adjustments and improvements to videos as needed to maintain quality and standardization. **Requirements:** * Completed High School or currently pursuing/completed Higher Education; * Proactivity; * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Proficiency in image/video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar; * Ability to create high-quality videos for different platforms and objectives; * Ability to work agilely and meet deadlines; * Knowledge of e-commerce design is a plus. **Additional Information:** * Location: Rio Claro/SP - Centro * Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7 AM to 5 PM; Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM * This position is 100% on-site Employment Type: Full-time/CLT Compensation: R$1.620,00 - R$2.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
