Gráfica Ativação is a lean operation growing rapidly. Small team, straightforward processes. Part of the job is digital prepress work (preparing files, adapting client artwork), and part is hands-on work (cutting, sorting, packing, dispatching). This position is for someone who wants to **learn the graphic trade** and grow alongside the operation. Your daily responsibilities: * Prepare files for printing (bleed, resolution, color mode, formats); * Adapt client artwork to the print shop’s standards; * Cut printed materials; * Sort orders by customer and batch; * Pack carefully (presentation matters); * Organize dispatches to customers and freight carriers; * Keep the workspace organized (we’re strict about process). Who we’re looking for: More important than diplomas or years of experience: * **True proactivity:** If you spot something wrong, you act—no waiting for instructions; * **Attention to detail:** In printing, being 1 mm off means rework; * **Organization:** We operate using defined processes; * **Willingness to learn:** New tools arrive, processes evolve; * **Direct honesty:** Made a mistake? Speak up. Didn’t understand? Ask. Disagreed? Talk it through. Nice-to-haves: * Familiarity with Illustrator and/or CorelDRAW; * Prior exposure to printing environments—even informal experience; * Ability to distinguish paper types, finishes, and formats; * Curiosity about AI and automation—we use them extensively in daily operations.
