We are seeking a Design Consultant to lead the creation, development, and quality assurance of institutional visual materials. This position requires technical excellence, strategic vision, and the ability to organize workflows and deliverables across various formats and channels. You will work on projects demanding visual consistency, creativity, and high execution standards, directly contributing to the reputation and quality of our deliverables. At FSB Holding, your excellence builds our reputation—and vice\-versa. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Manage, create, and review institutional visual materials (online and offline); * Develop visual identities, graphic assets, and layout for materials; * Interpret briefs and transform concepts into creative solutions; * Ensure technical quality of graphic deliverables at all stages; * Organize workflows, deadlines, and monitor material production. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Proven experience in graphic design and institutional communication; * Proficiency in the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign); * Creative conceptualization skills and adaptability across formats; * Organized profile with demand management and delivery control; * Interpersonal and teamwork skills; * Knowledge of animation (After Effects) is desirable. **Primary Educational Background:** Social Communication, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Digital Media Design, or related fields. **Location and Work Modality:** On-site in Brasília\-DF **This position is also open to persons with disabilities (PCD)** **Fluig ID:** 1070669
