We are a continuously growing pharmacy located in Miguel Couto, Nova Iguaçu. Our goal is to deliver health, well-being, and the best customer service to our clients. We are seeking a dynamic, creative professional who deeply understands the dynamics of the pharmaceutical retail market to join our team. * Plan and execute the pharmacy's promotional calendar (flyers, seasonal campaigns, and special sale days). * Manage the brand's social media channels (content creation, posting schedule, and audience engagement). * Develop point-of-sale (POS) marketing strategies to increase product turnover and average transaction value. * Create and monitor paid traffic campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) focused on the Miguel Couto area and surrounding regions. * Analyze marketing campaign results and local consumer behavior to propose improvements. * Coordinate internal promotion communications to ensure the counter staff is aligned with ongoing campaigns. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven prior experience in the pharmacy/drugstore industry. * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Social Communication, or related fields. * Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator) for rapid asset creation. * Knowledge of social media management (Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business). * Familiarity with paid traffic and metric analysis is a plus. * Must reside in Nova Iguaçu or have easy access to Miguel Couto.
