**Position:** Mid-Level Full Stack .NET Developer**Employment Type:** CLT **Work Mode:** Hybrid **Work Location:** Faria Lima \| São Paulo **Education:** Completed Bachelor's Degree in IT **Job Description:** The professional will be actively involved in all phases of the software development lifecycle — from conception and design to implementation, testing, delivery, and maintenance. **Responsibilities:** Develop and maintain full-stack applications, with a stronger focus on React JavaScript front-end (and modern frameworks such as React) and back-end expertise in .NET C\#, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security; Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (design, product, and back-end) to create consistent and intuitive user experiences; Actively participate in technical and business meetings, contributing insights, solutions, and architectural recommendations; Integrate front-end and back-end layers, ensuring smooth communication between them and proper consumption of APIs and services; Implement new features and optimize existing applications, focusing on continuous improvement and code efficiency; Support the approval process, providing assistance and clarifying users' questions; Maintain and support production solutions, handling bug fixes, enhancements, and incident resolution; Create and maintain technical documentation, including manuals, procedures, and best-practice guides; Meet deadlines and delivery commitments, demonstrating strong accountability and technical quality. Qualifications: Proficiency in development with: Experience with frontend frameworks such as React. C\# and .NET Framework/Core; MVC, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6\+) and TypeScript; SQL Server (Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Views) Web API Solid knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD). Experience with ORM persistence layers (Dapper) Experience with DevOps (Git/TFS \- Azure DevOps) **Competencies:** Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to solve complex problems.
