**Job Opening: AI-First Digital Solutions Designer** **About the opportunity** We are seeking a strategic professional to serve as a Digital Solutions Designer, responsible for transforming complex business problems into innovative digital solutions powered by Artificial Intelligence. This person will lead product conception, ensuring value generation and an efficient, ethical user experience. **Key responsibilities** * Lead discovery sessions with clients and stakeholders * Translate business pain points into digital solutions (AI-first / AI-enhanced) * Create user journeys (Customer Journey) and value propositions * Define and track KPIs and OKRs * Conduct research and validation (interviews, tests, A/B testing) * Develop prototypes and validate hypotheses prior to development * Apply Prompt Engineering to accelerate ideation and analysis * Ensure ethics, transparency, and bias mitigation in AI-powered solutions * Act as a bridge between business and technology **Requirements** * 5+ years of experience in digital solution design or development * Strong experience in UX/UI and product conception * Hands-on experience with prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) * Knowledge of business metrics (KPIs/OKRs) * Experience with generative AI and Prompt Engineering * Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript * Data modeling * Analytical, creative mindset with excellent communication skills **Preferred qualifications** * Experience applying AI to digital products * Experience with usability testing and experimentation * Knowledge of market trends and competitive analysis
