Designer / Marketing Assistant

Altera Projetos, part of BDM Ventures Group, is seeking a creative and proactive professional to work as a Designer / Marketing Assistant. The candidate will be responsible for handling communication and marketing for the group's projects, including design, content production, social media management, video production, and promotion strategy. The use of generative AI—especially Claude (Anthropic)—will be an essential part of the role. Responsibilities: • Create and manage social media content (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) for portfolio projects • Develop graphic assets respecting each brand’s visual identity • Identify promotion opportunities: events, seminars, partnerships, press, and relevant communities • Plan and record institutional videos, reels, and dynamic content for various formats • Collect testimonials from clients and partners for communication use • Use Claude and other AI tools for texts, scripts, briefings, and creative concepts • Monitor metrics and propose data-driven improvements • Support the production of presentations and materials for investors Location: Coelho Neto, RJ (near the metro) Schedule: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday to Friday Employment Type: CLT · Junior Work Model: Hybrid (1 remote day per week) **Requirements and Qualifications** Technical Requirements: • Experience in graphic design and digital content production (portfolio welcome) • Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Express • Demonstrated experience using Claude (Anthropic) as a generative AI tool • Strong Portuguese writing skills with ability to adapt tone to context and brand • Familiarity with basic video production and editing (Reels, Shorts, Stories) • Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Design, Advertising, Marketing, or related field Behavioral Profile: • Owner mindset: proactively proposes and executes without waiting for direction • Adaptability to switch between projects, brands, and formats • Practical creativity: ideas that fit within deadlines and real-world constraints • Clear communication and openness to feedback • Continuous learning about digital trends and AI • Comfort working in dynamic environments and constantly changing scenarios **Additional Information** • Transportation Allowance: as needed • Meal Voucher (Flash): R$ 550/month
