If you live online, understand what drives communities, and want to transform everyday conversations into relevant content, this role is for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What You’ll Do:** * Develop and write posts, scripts for short videos, and narratives for major social platforms, with emphasis on Instagram. * Actively explore and utilize the latest **AI tools and supporting technologies** in the creative process, testing features firsthand to generate ideas and optimize content. * Create daily content that is engaging, creative, and captures the pulse of culture. * Stay constantly updated on trending memes, *hashtags*, songs, and formats gaining traction across social media. * Collaborate with the team to turn ideas into deliverables, ensuring tone adaptation across Grupo’s various business units. We expect a professional with both analytical and creative thinking, focused on results and possessing a strong willingness to learn and adapt to daily challenges. **Requirements and Qualifications** ### **Required Qualifications and Experience:** * **Solid** experience developing content for social media and digital campaigns. * Portfolio focused on *social media*, demonstrating creative versatility across different platforms and communication for diverse *product/service clusters*. * Familiarity with and enthusiasm for using Artificial Intelligence as part of the creative process. * Ability to quickly identify and respond to emerging trends and conversations in the digital space. **Additional Information** * **Employment Type:** PJ (Individual Entrepreneur / Legal Entity) * **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, on-site. * **Compensation:** Fixed monthly amount; * **Annual Bonus:** Potential bonus of over one additional salary, based on overall company goal achievement. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment; * Opportunity to work at a growing company, with learning and professional development potential.
