Collaborate with Product, Design, and Operations teams to solve problems At Workana, we are seeking Senior Fullstack Engineers to join the team of one of our clients and assume a strategic role in developing internal tools and back-office systems. **About the Client:** This is a platform that manages highly complex logistics workflows, operating across multiple regions and high-volume environments. It operates under a competitive ROWE – Results-Only Work Environment model, where we seek individuals who challenge conventional thinking, propose new ideas, and help redefine how modern operations are built and scaled. **About the Positions:** * We have 5 open positions for this role: * 3 positions are fully remote. * 2 positions are hybrid, requiring 3 days per week of on-site work in São Paulo/SP. * Important: When applying, you may indicate your preference for the hybrid position, the remote model, or both. **About the Project:** The professional will play a strategic role in technical decisions, defining robust architectures, and delivering features that drive our operations across dozens of cities. The platform has evolved to handle highly complex logistics workflows, and the engineering team faces exciting challenges every day. We seek someone who goes beyond technical excellence: who writes high-quality code, leads impactful initiatives, mentors peers, and actively contributes to shaping the future of our systems. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead the implementation of robust frontend modules and micro-frontends for our internal platform. * Design and maintain backend architecture and logic using Node.js, Express, and MySQL. * Participate in system design discussions and technical decision-making. * Propose and implement improvements across the entire stack, focusing on performance and scalability. * Ensure code quality by following best practices, conducting reviews, and implementing automated tests. * Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Operations teams to understand and resolve real user problems. * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. * Minimum 5 years of professional fullstack development experience. * Proficiency in Node.js and Express, including asynchronous design and REST APIs. * Strong expertise in React.js (Context API, hooks, custom components, state management). * Solid experience with MySQL. Elasticsearch is a plus. * Experience integrating mapping libraries (Google Maps, Mapbox). * Comfortable working with Firebase for storage. * Knowledge of AWS (S3, Lambda). * Ability to architect scalable, secure, and maintainable systems. * Fluency in writing clean, testable, and well-documented code. * Good communication skills, teamwork spirit, and proactive attitude. * Availability to participate in technical on-call rotation, covering night shifts and high-demand periods. * Flexibility to work overtime (compensated), in case of technical incidents. **Desirable Requirements:** * Knowledge and usage of TypeScript. * Experience in logistics or complex operational platforms. * Fluent English (spoken and written). **Contract Terms and Benefits:** * Work model: 100% remote. * Working hours: Full-time (8 hours per day). * Remuneration: Between R$ 12,000.00 and R$ 16,000.00 per month. * Contract type: PJ via cooperative, directly with the client. * Stability: Potential for long-term partnership. * Paid day off on your birthday. * 5 days of Paid Time Off per year, in addition to vacation time. * Multicultural environment, with learning opportunities alongside teams from various countries in the region. **Selection Process:** * Brief video screening on the Hireflix platform. * Brief call with a Workana Recruiter. * Technical and cultural interview with the client. * Technical assessment with the client.
