Support in preparing reports and spreadsheets. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM or 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM **Level:** Apprentice **Employment Type:** Other **Activities:** * Handle telephone and in-person customer service, providing information and directing clients and visitors. * Assist in organizing and archiving documents, maintaining control and updating them. * Support the preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using tools such as Excel and PowerPoint. * Collaborate in routine tasks, including sending and receiving correspondence and e\-mails. * Assist in maintaining and controlling office supplies and other inventory. * Develop communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills under the guidance of supervisors and more experienced colleagues.
