We are looking for a professional responsible for prospecting suppliers and service providers for diverse building maintenance services. \- Key responsibilities: Prospecting service providers for contracts including outsourced cleaning, air conditioning maintenance, general building maintenance, landscaping, property security, print outsourcing, and others; Managing contracts for outsourced services, real estate leasing, equipment leasing, and others; Monitoring general building maintenance services (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, air conditioning, drywall, furniture assembly/relocation/repair, locksmith services, etc.); Conducting periodic inspections of indoor environments; Developing documents such as service orders, preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, checklists, and others; Organizing building-related documents, reports, and certificates; Monitoring cleaning and sanitization activities; Assisting in fleet management (owned and leased); Expense control; Supporting joint activities on construction projects, renovations, and retrofits; Managing inventory of building maintenance materials; Key management; Submitting invoices for payment; Reimbursement tracking. Prior experience in facilities management, including cleaning, maintenance, property security, and infrastructure services. Experience monitoring and managing service provider contracts. Experience handling service requests, building maintenance, and operational demand management. Knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and performance indicator tracking within the area. Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills with suppliers and internal teams. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PCD:** -------- NO **Benefits:** --------------- Meal allowance of BRL 39.00 per business day.
