**Job Description:** ---------------------- Perform equipment maintenance and repairs (tractors, harvesters, planters, sprayers, and other products in the portfolio); Assemble new equipment; Conduct pre-delivery and technical delivery of new equipment to customers; Provide customers with usage guidance and instructions; Visit customers to prospect equipment maintenance services; Close service orders; Inspect used machinery; Prepare parts and service quotations; Schedule services using the field checklist; Close service orders directly with customers on-site; Perform preventive maintenance; Prepare DTAC; Unload new equipment arriving from the factory, as well as equipment transferred between stores; Prospect service opportunities whenever possible; Guide and instruct technical assistants on a daily basis; Perform minor welding as required by repairs; Complete internal workshop documentation (daily time sheets); Maintain and care for work tools as well as company vehicles; Keep the workplace organized and clean. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed high school education; CNH — National Driver’s License. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Relevant work experience. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR) Health Plan (Unimed) Dental Plan (DentalUni) Meal Allowance Childcare Assistance WellHub Life Insurance Mental Health and Well-being Programs Pharmacy and SESC Agreements Discounts at educational institutions And others **Work Location:** ---------------------- M.
