Join the finance team at **NeutroCarbon EcoLogistics**, a logistics company that combines operational efficiency, technology, and sustainability to deliver responsible cargo transportation solutions. We are seeking an intern to support the **Accounts Receivable** area, assisting with financial controls, billing processes, and reconciliations. **Responsibilities** * Monitor the accounts receivable process; * Register documents on client platforms; * Reconcile receipts, identify discrepancies, and take corrective action; * Update receipt entries in the system and in Excel spreadsheets; * Follow up on overdue invoices; * Support insurance claims processes with the insurance broker; * Assist in updating the company’s financial and operational KPIs; * Provide administrative support to the finance department. **Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a technical program; * Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program (Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields). **Prerequisites** * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities; * Proactivity and willingness to learn. **Position Details** * **Stipend:** R$1,200.00/month * **Meal Allowance:** R$250.00/month * **Transportation Benefit** * **Day Off** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 6 hours per day Preferably from **10:00 AM to 5:00 PM**, with a 1-hour lunch break.
