




Job Summary: Execute and support Recruitment and Selection processes, with emphasis on attracting, assessing, and selecting technology professionals—particularly in Technical Support and Infrastructure. Specialization in IT profiles: Technical Support, Infrastructure, Networking, and Help Desk Fully execute and support Recruitment and Selection processes, dedicating focused effort to attracting, assessing, and selecting professionals—specifically for technology roles, especially Technical Support, Infrastructure, and related areas—ensuring alignment with business needs and organizational standards. **Responsibilities:** * Exclusively manage Recruitment and Selection processes. * Lead end-to-end selection processes for technology positions. * Align candidate profiles with managers and technical leaders, understanding technical, behavioral, and role-specific expectations. * Post job openings on recruitment platforms, talent databases, professional networks, and other institutional channels. * Conduct rigorous screening and analysis of resumes, evaluating both technical and behavioral competencies. * Conduct initial and competency-based interviews, assessing alignment with the role requirements and organizational culture. * Prepare structured interview reports—including behavioral analysis and recommendations—to support decision-making by managers and leaders. * Coordinate and monitor technical interviews with hiring managers from respective departments. * Utilize Recruitment and Selection systems and tools (ATS) to record, track, and manage selection processes. * Manage and update job and candidate information in the Sólides platform, ensuring data integrity and traceability. * Administer and monitor behavioral assessments and other decision-support tools. * Support talent attraction initiatives and employer branding efforts targeting technology professionals. * Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire selection process. * Support continuous improvement of Recruitment and Selection processes. **Requirements:** * Experience in Recruitment and Selection, with a focus on technology positions. * Experience using the Sólides platform. * Knowledge of IT profiles, especially Technical Support, Infrastructure, Networking, Help Desk, and related areas. * Experience conducting competency-based interviews. * Ability to manage a high volume of positions and multiple concurrent processes. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational skills, sense of priority, and attention to detail. * Proactive, analytical profile with strong interpersonal relationship skills. **Benefits offered:** * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Birthday Day Off * Gympass * Access to Online Courses * Language School Partnership **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM
