Job Summary: Responsible for handling various service requests, cleaning and organizing workspaces, managing supplies, and maintaining the kitchen and pantry, ensuring a clean and functional work environment. Maintaining hygiene, comfort, and aesthetics of the environments **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Rotating shift \- Flexible availability **Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent \- CLT * Respond to diverse service requests, using specific tools for each task to ensure efficiency and quality of services provided; * Clean and organize offices and workstations, meeting rooms, restrooms, pantry, kitchen, courtyards, sidewalks, and other company areas, ensuring a clean and pleasant environment for all employees; * Clean furniture, floors, carpets\/rugs, and other items relevant to workspace organization, promoting maintenance of hygiene and comfort; * Clean walls, windows, and doors, including specialized glass cleaning, ensuring transparency and aesthetics of indoor environments; * Monitor cleaning supplies usage and replenish them as needed, aiming to optimize resources and ensure continuity of cleaning activities; * Clean and organize the kitchen and pantry, ensuring an appropriate space for employee meals; * Perform pantry services and replenish consumables specifically designated for executive\/presidential offices, ensuring resource availability for senior management; * Direct waste and debris from workspaces to appropriate collection points, complying with environmental regulations and standards to promote sustainability and environmental responsibility; * Maintain and care for indoor plants, contributing to a more pleasant and healthy environment; * Ensure proper care and preservation of materials, utensils, and equipment under one's responsibility, including keeping the workplace clean, organized, and well-maintained while observing occupational safety norms and following instructions according to performed tasks; * Carry out job-related activities in full compliance with the organization’s occupational safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures, and consistently use all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for performing job and departmental duties; promptly report to immediate supervisor any activity posing health risks to oneself or colleagues; * Perform duties in alignment with the company’s values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals and maintaining confidentiality and protection of company information; * Uphold the 5S program discipline, aiming for safe operations through workplace organization, standardization, and cleanliness; * Safeguard company property under one's responsibility and promptly inform the immediate supervisor of any issues or damages detected. * Requirements and Qualifications **Requirements:** * Completed Elementary Education * Additional Information \- Salary \- R$ 1\.703,97 \+ 20% * Affirmative Action Position \- Available for PWDs.
