We are looking for a Solution Specialist to work on the technical and consulting front of e\-commerce operations implementation and optimization, with a focus on ensuring the best solution architecture for our clients. This person will be responsible for translating business needs into efficient technical configurations, supporting clients and internal teams with strategic guidance, and ensuring the quality of deliverables throughout the implementation lifecycle. **Main Responsibilities:** Provide technical consulting to clients, understanding their needs and proposing suitable e\-commerce architecture solutions. Configure, test, and validate features, integrations, and operational flows on the platform, ensuring stability and efficiency in deliveries. Train and upskill clients in the use of the e\-commerce platform, promoting autonomy and better utilization of features. Support internal teams (Customer Service, PO’s, and Squads) with technical and operational guidance related to configuration and integrations. Manage technical tickets with partner platforms, monitoring resolution and ensuring feedback to the client. Stay updated on platform news and best practices in e\-commerce architecture, integration, and operations. **Requirements and Skills:** Full experience with VTEX architectures is required. Knowledge of programming languages, APIs, web services, and integration between digital systems. Familiarity with the Postman tool for testing and validating integrations. English for technical reading, with the ability to interpret platform and API documentation. Knowledge in creating technical documentation, requirements analysis, and building feature flowcharts.
