Interested in a career that delivers greater returns? **Check out this opportunity and \#VemProPags!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and maintain the organization’s data governance platform. * Participate in analyzing and defining the implementation of new technologies. * Contribute to defining and implementing the architecture of services maintained by the team. * Work within agile development teams. * Evaluate emerging market technologies and frameworks to continuously improve products and processes, conducting proof-of-concepts. * Maintain and develop features of the data platform, specifically for the organization’s metadata management product. * Build services, microservices, and products that meet the needs of the organization’s data teams—from both data governance and data engineering perspectives. * Build mechanisms ensuring management, discovery, and awareness of diverse data sources available across the organization’s engineering teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Experience with Git version control. * Experience with Java and Python programming languages. * Experience developing in AWS environments (S3 + Glue + Redshift) and/or OCI (AI DP). * Experience in systems analysis and development, architecture definition, and object-oriented design. * Experience containerizing applications using Docker and Kubernetes. * Experience with observability solutions such as New Relic, Grafana, and Splunk. * Experience with Linux, Shell Script, YAML, and Terraform. * Knowledge of microservice architecture. **Additional Information** * Knowledge of design patterns and programming paradigms. * Knowledge of Clean Code practices. * Knowledge of databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or other database technologies. * Knowledge of JavaScript, React, CSS, and HTML. * Knowledge of microservice architecture. * Knowledge of messaging tools such as Kafka. * Experience configuring and customizing CI/CD environments using Jenkins. * Knowledge of writing unit and functional tests. * Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases. * Experience with agile development methodologies: XP (especially pair programming and TDD), Scrum, Kanban, or Lean variants. * Experience implementing data governance standards in operational and analytical data environments is a plus. * Experience with industry-standard data governance products such as Apache Atlas is a plus. * Experience with Big Data technologies—e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Data Lakes, Data Warehouses—is a plus.
