**Main Responsibilities** * Develop and adjust product formulations (e.g., detergents, disinfectants, sanitizers, etc.); * Conduct laboratory and industrial tests to validate products; * Monitor and control the production process to ensure formulation standards; * Analyze raw materials and propose improvements or substitutions when necessary; * Prepare technical data sheets, operating procedures, and production records; * Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations; * Monitor product stability and quality; * Provide technical support to production and other departments as needed; * Control dosages and quantities of inputs used in formulations. **Requirements** **Education:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields; **Experience:** * Prior experience in chemical product formulation (preferably in cleaning/sanitizer segment); **Technical Knowledge:** * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); * Handling of chemical products; * Safety regulations (SDS, use of PPE); * Quality control and production processes; Compensation: R$1\.668,00 \- R$2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Profit-sharing program * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
