Job Summary: FCamara is seeking a Senior React Frontend Developer to innovate digital financial solutions, building resilient interfaces in a Microfrontends architecture and working on complex financial products with a focus on accuracy and user experience. FCamara is looking for a Senior React Frontend Developer to collaborate with a bank that understands customer needs, innovates in solutions, and delivers excellence to its clients. The bank is undergoing significant service evolution, with strong expansion into digital solutions for the foreign exchange market (individuals and corporations) and FX-as-a-Service offerings for fintechs and financial market partners. This challenge involves developing resilient interfaces within a Microfrontends (MFE) architecture, consuming aggregation layers (BFF) built with Node.js and NestJS. The professional will work on complex financial products where data accuracy and user experience under latency conditions are critical. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsibilities and Duties Modular Architecture: Design and maintain decoupled, reusable Microfrontends, ensuring UI/UX consistency across different user journeys. System Integration: Collaborate closely with Backend teams to define API contracts and interfaces via BFF (Backend for Frontend). Quality and Performance: Ensure application performance by optimizing frontend loading and state management under high-latency scenarios. Technical Leadership: Serve as a technical reference for Junior and Mid-level developers, promoting code reviews and engineering best practices (SOLID, Clean Code). Security: Implement security practices for digital channels, including token management, OAuth 2\.0, and protection against client-side vulnerabilities. Technical Requirements (Mandatory) React Ecosystem: Solid experience with React.js, hooks, Context API, and state management libraries (Redux Toolkit or Zustand). Microfrontends: Experience with MFE architectures (e.g., Module Federation or similar) and orchestration of components across squads. TypeScript: Proficiency in TypeScript to ensure safety and type contracts between Frontend and BFF. API Consumption: Strong knowledge of RESTful architectures and integration with BFFs (Node.js/NestJS). Testing: Experience with automated testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Selenium). Differentiators and Soft Skills Finance Background: Prior experience in Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS), foreign exchange systems, or investment-related user journeys. Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with AWS (S3, CloudWatch) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps). Problem-Solving Profile: "Explorer" or "Investigator" mindset — proactive in investigating integration failures and proposing logical client-side idempotency solutions. Factual Communication: Ability to translate technical risks into business impacts for stakeholders. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Solid experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. * Proficiency in Git for version control and collaboration. * Experience with TypeScript, React, and GraphQL. · Proven ability to consume and integrate REST APIs. · Advanced knowledge of Node.js. * Understanding of responsiveness, accessibility, and cross-browser principles. * Experience in developing unit and integration tests. * Familiarity with debugging tools. * Basic DevOps knowledge. * Experience with Agile methodologies. * Understanding of data structures, SOLID principles, and design patterns. * Advanced knowledge of performance and optimization. * Availability to work onsite at Av.
