Senior Java Developer Analyst

Description

**What success looks like in this role:** * Development in **Java / Java EE** and frameworks (e.g., **Spring, JSF, EJB, JPA, Hibernate**); * Analysis of **functional and non-functional requirements**; * **Three-tier architecture** and the **MVC pattern**; * **Relational data modeling** and construction of **SQL queries**; * System integration (e.g., **REST, Web Services, JMS, EJB**); * Practices of **continuous integration**, **TDD**, **ATDD**, and **CI/CD** (e.g., Jenkins); * **Software testing**: unit, integration, functional, and acceptance testing; * **Test automation**; * Version control (e.g., **Git / ClearCase**); * Knowledge of **UX**, responsive interfaces, and usability; * **Agile methodologies** (Scrum, XP, Kanban); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Teamwork and collaboration; * Organization and self-management; * Proactivity and decision-making; **You will be successful in this role if you have:** * **Professional experience**: working in IT solution development. * Bachelor's degree in **Information Technology** or related field, with a minimum of **360 hours** of coursework; **or** * Bachelor's degree in any field \+ **Postgraduate degree** (specialization, master's, or doctoral) in IT, with a minimum of **360 hours** of coursework.
