**What success looks like in this role:** * Development of **Java / Java EE** applications and frameworks ( **Spring, JSF, EJB, JPA, Hibernate** ); * **Software architecture**: + Three-tier architecture, MVC; + **SOA, microservices, design patterns, and integration**; * System integration ( **REST, Web Services, JMS, Service Bus** ); * **Relational data modeling**, advanced SQL; * **Continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD)**; * **Automated testing** (unit, integration, load, and performance); * **TDD / ATDD**, refactoring, and best practices for code quality; * Version control tools ( **Git / ClearCase** ) and code inspection tools (e.g., **SonarQube** ); * Knowledge of **application security** (OWASP, authentication, authorization); * Experience working in **high-performance environments with large volumes of data**; * **Agile methodologies** (Scrum, XP, Kanban) with active participation in the team; * Clear and concise communication; * Ability to **mentor and support less experienced developers**; * Serving as the team’s **technical reference**; * Proactivity in identifying risks and improvement opportunities; * Capability to make technical decisions; **You will be successful in this role if you have:** * **E** proven experience working as a Java developer on IT solutions. * A bachelor’s degree in **Information Technology**, with a minimum of **360 hours** of coursework; **or** a bachelor’s degree in any field \+ a **postgraduate degree** (specialization, master’s, or doctoral) in IT, with a minimum of **360 hours** of coursework. * **Mandatory certifications:** + **Oracle Certified Professional – Java SE Programmer (version 5 or higher)**.
