**What are we looking for?** A professional with experience in developing and maintaining systems using Senior technologies, especially the LSP language, as well as the ability to work on integrations, customizations, and new functionalities within the HCM environment. A collaborative, adaptable profile and openness to following client instructions are essential. **Key Responsibilities:** Develop and maintain customizations in the Senior system using LSP. Create integrations between systems, preferably using Senior Connect (a low\-code tool based on Java). Work on requirements related to Senior’s HCM modules (payroll, time tracking, recruitment, positions and salaries). Develop reports and new functionalities according to client needs. Ensure quality and adherence to client instructions during deliveries. **Requirements:** Advanced knowledge of LSP (Linguagem Senior Programming). Experience with Senior Connect and familiarity with Java and JavaScript for integrations. Familiarity with Senior’s HCM modules. Ability to work collaboratively and follow client guidelines. Strong communication and organizational skills to handle requests submitted via ticketing systems. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience with Senior’s web platform (Axel). Knowledge of complex integrations and low\-code tools. Prior experience in projects involving Senior systems.
