Focused on designing equipment and processes dedicated to environmental protection systems, Wtech is seeking a Mechanical Technician to work in Laguna. **Responsibilities:** * Operate mechanical lathes and milling machines, both conventional and computerized (CNC), to machine parts and components according to project specifications. * Interpret technical drawings and schematics, ensuring parts are manufactured with precision and within required tolerances. * Adjust tools and machine parameters for lathes and milling machines—such as speed, feed rate, and cutting depth—according to job requirements. * Perform machining operations including drilling, threading, turning, roughing, and finishing of metal or other material parts. * Measure and inspect produced parts using measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, templates, and others to ensure compliance with quality requirements and specifications. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and tools used, keeping\-them in good working condition and correcting failures when necessary. * Follow occupational safety regulations, using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensuring a safe working environment for oneself and colleagues. * Control and monitor production progress, ensuring optimal part processing time and achievement of production targets. **Requirements:** * Completed High School and/or completed Technical Course.
