The Learning Experience Designer position aims to create and develop creative, interactive, and human-centered experiences that continuously spark and stimulate the desire to learn and produce knowledge. We seek a professional who remains consistently connected with emerging trends and can effectively translate our culture into the products we develop—and ultimately, into our end users. Our primary audience includes educational institutions, coordinators, teachers, staff, school administrators, and students who use Google Workspace as part of their academic transformation and digital literacy development. **Important:** Update your resume and complete your self-introduction before uploading it to the platform. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Design and structure learning experiences across synchronous, asynchronous, and hybrid modalities. * Identify target audiences and adapt language, approach, and strategy according to learning objectives. * Transform content into learning experiences by organizing learning pathways, curriculum matrices, time allocations, and student journeys. * Define learning objectives, competencies, and educational strategies aligned with the target audience and expected outcomes. * Develop educational content and materials for diverse formats and media, ensuring quality and engagement. * Apply active learning methodologies (e.g., flipped classroom, project-based learning) when designing experiences. * Define assessment formats, student progress tracking, and rubric development. * Propose interactive approaches and appropriate digital resources (learning objects). * Collaborate with subject-matter experts to review, adapt, and improve content. * Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning experiences, proposing continuous improvements. * Organize and maintain up-to-date documentation and project materials. * Stay current on trends and innovations in education and learning design. **Requirements and Qualifications** We seek a professional who aligns with our purpose and possesses the following qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Teacher Education, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a full-time teacher. * Specialization in instructional design. * Proficiency in proper Portuguese language usage. * Advanced knowledge of Google for Education tools and features. * Experience creating educational content for publishing houses (publishing industry). * Strong ability to synthesize information. * Attention to document formatting details and writing standards. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Specialization in instructional design and at least 2 years’ experience in the educational market. * Google Educator Level 1 and Level 2 certifications. * Knowledge and experience using Google tools. * Knowledge and experience designing and implementing projects using flipped classroom and project-based learning methodologies. * Experience creating learning objects using open-source tools, storytelling, creative learning, artificial intelligence, active learning methodologies, and maker culture. * Spanish language proficiency is desirable. **Restriction:** Must not be employed by a competing company. **Additional Information** Service delivery: Remote Contract model: Individual Contractor (PJ) Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Compensation: R$ 5,000.00 per month **Behavioral Competencies:** * Proactive and solution-oriented. * Problem-solving capability. * Commitment. * Strong written and oral communication skills. * Creativity and innovation. * Agility. * Adaptability and flexibility. * Autonomy. * Focus and attention. * Growth mindset. * Attention to formatting details. * Ability to synthesize ideas and communicate them concisely. **Required Equipment for Service Delivery:** * Personal computer or laptop. * Stable internet connection with minimum speed of 30 Mbps. * Standard office desk and chair. * A quiet, noise-free workspace. * Full HD webcam. * Headset or headphones with microphone for video conferencing.
