**ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT** COMPANY IN THE WASTE MANAGEMENT INDUSTRY LOCATION: VILA CARRÃO WORK HOURS: 7 hours per day, including 1 hour for lunch

Perform concurrent and terminal cleaning in all Hospital Units, distribute hygiene and cleaning materials across floors, replenish them as needed, collect waste from temporary shelters located on each floor, and transport it to the external shelter for final disposal, aiming to maintain clean and hygienic environments and minimize the risk of healthcare-associated infections. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Record concurrent and terminal cleaning activities in all branch units to track time spent on each task for generating monthly hygiene indicators; * Distribute hygiene and cleaning materials (paper towels, toilet paper, soap, plastic packaging, and cleaning products) to units according to quantities determined by the Supervisor, ensuring adequate supply; * Check and replenish hygiene and cleaning supplies in the service cart at the beginning of each shift to prevent shortages during cleaning tasks and also to save time; * Clean service carts weekly; * Perform daily terminal and concurrent cleaning in all Hospital Units per the annual schedule, removing furniture from the area to carry out cleaning; * Perform washing using the previously trained technique on ceilings, walls, furniture, and floors to maintain a clean environment and minimize the risk of healthcare-associated infections; * Collect waste from temporary shelters located on each floor using appropriate carts and transport it to the external shelter so that waste collection companies can remove it for final disposal in accordance with legislation; * Disinfect the external shelter with water and disinfectant detergent after waste removal to maintain the area properly cleaned and organized; * Disinfect collection carts at the end of each shift to minimize the risk of healthcare-associated infections; * Comply with Unit regulations and safeguard institutional assets; * Notify the Supervisor in case of equipment damage; * Disinfect cleaning material distribution points within your sector after completing each shift; * Use personal protective equipment (PPE). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience in this role is desirable. **Additional Information** Various units in the North and West sectors. CAPS and UBS. 200 hours — Monday to Friday — business hours. 180 hours — 12x36 shift schedule + 2 additional days off Salary range: R$1450.00 to R$1700.00 per month. SPDM — Paulista Association for the Development of Medicine — assumed management of the Integrated Care Units (UAIs) of the Municipality of Uberlândia on June 1, 2018, seeking excellence in public health services and commitment to the principles of the Unified Health System (SUS).
