Job Summary: A professional to provide technical assistance and support to the Environmental Team, engaged in executing, developing, and implementing environmental projects and initiatives, controlling processes, and coordinating teams. Technical support for environmental regularization requests Provide technical assistance and support to the Environmental Team. The professional will be assigned by SESI to work within Anglo American. Execute, develop, and/or implement environmental projects and initiatives, control processes, activities, and procedures, establish preventive and/or corrective action plans, coordinate work teams, and ensure compliance with institutional guidelines as well as technical and regulatory standards. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise degraded area recovery projects in mining areas and Cerrado biome. * Monitor project development and field implementation activities related to degraded area recovery and bioengineering actions, compensatory planting of primary vegetation and enrichment, maintenance, and monitoring. * Monitor watershed recovery. * Monitor project development and field implementation activities related to native vegetation restoration and soil and water conservation, maintenance, and monitoring. * Interface with area managers, local communities, and regional regulatory agencies to raise awareness and facilitate activities. * Perform contract measurements and physical\-financial reporting. * Prepare activity monitoring reports for the area to provide visibility on progress toward integrated and strategic planning execution; * Monitor compliance with environmental programs and conditions to meet obligations and conditions established by regulatory agencies within agreed deadlines; * Identify, plan, and execute degraded area recovery services; * Provide support for environmental regularization requests; * Plan environmental area activities using planning tools (MS Project), developing and monitoring schedule execution to meet integrated planning requirements; * Manage projects for the Environmental Area. * Evaluate and develop tests and consulting services for the Environmental Area. * Collect necessary data and samples for chemical and physical evaluation and analysis of tests. * Develop and prospect new consulting services according to industrial sector demands. * Manage equipment, personnel, and tools based on the NBR 17025 quality management system. * Prepare technical proposals and commercial negotiations. * Evaluate and analyze samples and test specimens for metrological testing. * Develop and implement new products and projects. * Monitor work teams and operationalization of activities within their scope of responsibility. * Support the Integrated Management System and provide technical assistance and support to the Environmental Team. * Prepare and review environmental studies, flora and fauna rescue and management, conduct environmental inspections of construction works, and monitor effluent and particulate emissions. * Conduct environmental controls in projects. * Implement and monitor solid waste management programs and fauna and flora preservation projects. * Provide consulting and advisory services within their area of expertise. * Conduct assessments, inspections, and diagnostics. * Provide technical support to departments by supplying information and clarifying questions related to their area of expertise. * Monitor and evaluate service delivery and implementation of actions related to their area of expertise. * Prepare and issue technical reports, opinions, and other documentation linked to their area of expertise. * Plan and implement actions related to their area of expertise. * Execute operational and administrative routines, providing support and assistance to activities within their area. * Serve internal and external stakeholders. * Prepare and/or issue requested documents. * Record and consolidate statistical data to update performance indicators. * Perform other duties compatible with the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Job Requirements:** **(All requirements must be clearly stated in the resume)** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering and/or Forestry Engineering;
