**Responsibilities and duties**
Edit video lessons according to the workflow, including replacing opening/closing sequences and updating visual elements. Perform technical validation of videos, identifying necessary adjustments. Back up and organize video lessons in designated Google Drive folders. Maintain personal organization to meet daily delivery quotas. Use editing tools and departmental platforms correctly (Vimeo, Google Workspace, Adobe Premiere).
**Requirements and qualifications**
Technical Skills: Video editing (Adobe Premiere). Proficiency with Google Workspace tools. Uploading, organizing, and updating materials on Vimeo. Basic knowledge of audiovisual production workflows. Behavioral Competencies (Cultural Fit): Proactivity: Performs tasks proactively, identifying small improvements in daily workflows. Agility: Responds promptly to requests and meets deadlines efficiently and with a sense of urgency. Problem-solving: Addresses daily demands practically and effectively using available resources. Information Security: Handles student and institutional information with absolute confidentiality and responsibility. Flexibility: Adapts\-positively to new routines, schedules, or work tools. Empathy: Puts\-oneself in the student’s or colleague’s shoes, delivering humane and kind support. Education / Experience: Completed high school; undergraduate studies in progress preferred (Cinema, Audiovisual, Multimedia, or related fields). Prior video editing experience (academic, freelance, or institutional). Experience with educational content is a plus.
